# PPeC 1.0

## What is PPeC 1.0?

> *when ads get smarter!*

PPeC 1.0 is the first phase of decentralized advertisement or DAdvers. It is the simpler and current version of PPeC.

This phase uses the W3LL "win, win, win for all" system or the Triple Win protocol. The W3LL protocol is created when third parties are removed from advertisement. By removing third parties, advertising fees are distributed to the audience (*in a form of incentives*) and to the community, instead of a single entity such as Facebook Corporation, or Google LLC.

In the W3LL protocol, **the first** win is for the community who for the most part wins from $PPeC burning events. The community includes advertisers and their audiences, and $PPeC holders.

**The second** win is for advertisers who should see an increase in their click-through rates (CTR) with the current CTR at 0.90%.

> *Digital advertisers are loosing money by sticking to the old way of advertising.*

> *Your audience is your market maker, why shouldn't she get stimulated?*

**The third** win is for the audience who for the first time get to own their own clicks and grow their $PPeC holdings.
