## 1. Who can launch a SmAC?

Anyone can launch a SmAC.

## 2. What is a promoter fee?

The amount a promoter must pay for running a SmAC on the platform. This is never paid if all rewards are claimed meaning if the coffer is empty. It is paid only when a promoter reclaims $PPeC from the coffer AKA get a refund.

## 3. What is a claimer fee?

A claimer fee is what a claimer must pay to sustain the smart-system or W3LL system and it is used to burn $PPeC for the community. The claimer fee is sent to the treasury.

Claimers can enjoy from 30% to 70% of the reward they claim. This percentage varies base on $PPeC demand.

## 4. Who can claim rewards?

Any $PPeC holder can claim rewards as long as they have met the minimum $PPeC holding requirements.

## 5. Who can claim Bounty SmAC?

Any $PPeC holder can claim rewards as long as they have met the minimum $PPeC holding requirements.

## 6. What happen to Scam SmAC?

The SmAC will be removed by our team and the entire coffer will go to the treasury.

## 7. Is the plural of SmAC, SmACs?

SmAC do not use "s" at the end in plural, nor does PPeC.

Your token holding will determine how many SmAC you can launch.

## 9. How many SmAC rewards can I claim?

You can claim any reward, anytime, but never twice for the same SmAC.
